Multi-Lingual Contact Centre Agents – Full and Part Time (multiple vacancies)

Be part of a team of enthusiastic and dynamic customer service experts who service multi-lingual and multi-channel customer contacts, assist customers in flight reservations and sales fulfilment.

Your Qualifications:

  • You are fluent in one or more of the following languages and need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication with native speakers in English, French, German, Spanish, Classical Arabic and Italian. Other languages are assets
  • You have completed the European Computer Driving License (ECDL) and obtained certification or can prove equivalent office application knowledge and experience
  • You are flexible and can adapt to shifts hours (including weekends and public holidays)
  • You have strong active listening skills as well as good verbal and written communication skills
  • You have an outgoing personality, with the ability to interact well with others
  • You are 100% customer focused, reliable and committed to provide a high quality service
  • You possess experience in customer service or travel industry (a plus).
  • You are self-motivated as well as team player and can bring a positive attitude into team work.
