Centrecom supports ETC’s Training Program

Centrecom has recently hosted a site visit for ETC trainees providing them with an insight into the call centre industry in Malta. Such visits allow trainees to experience how an active contact centre operates whilst also providing them with more knowledge on the work expectations of a call centre.

Centrecom Ltd is located in Luqa and is a leading multi-lingual contact centre that forms part of World Aviation Group. The company was established in 2006 and today provides a wide range of contact services for various businesses, with the main focus placed on the airline industry. In fact Centrecom already has an impressive global client list, which includes Air Malta and other international airlines such as Air Italy, Luxair and Afriqiyah Airways to name a few.

The company boasts a vast and specialised customer service package that includes both inbound and outbound call services. Centrecom is further supported by BPO Services Ltd, a sister company within the World Aviation Group, which provides a range of compatible back-office services.

Centrecom and ETC are currently working together to establish a partnership agreement that will see Centrecom providing further support and training services for ETC trainees. This collaboration forms part of World Aviation Group’s commitment to helping the local community by empowering people to find more work opportunities and as a result improve their quality of life.
