Dominic Attard – Chief Executive Officer
Dominic embodies 39+ years of experience in the airline industry. With Air Malta he held various corporate positions mostly with focus on the European market including his last post as Chief Officer Strategic Planning. These positions have required Dominic to relocate to various countries within EU, such as Germany, UK and Italy. In Italy Dominic held the position of Managing Director and CEO for Azzurra Air where he set up the business from scratch and grew it to a 12 fleet aircraft airline. Dominic has been appointed CEO for World Aviation Group since 2006.
Grace Torrellas – Chef Operating Officer
Grace brings the group 18+ of senior management experience in the Aviation/Airline Industry, she has excelled in roles responsible for Consultancy, Airline Airport Operations, Customer Service, Project Management, Sales Development, Business Optimisation and Operational Improvements. Her educational background is in Industrial Engineering, a graduate from Florida International University, USA. She resides in Switzerland with very frequent commutes to Malta. Grace has been with the group since 2008.
Odrick Vella - Chief Financial Officer
Odrick Vella has been the cheif financial controller for World Aviation Group since August 2003. Odrick completed his professional studies in June 2001 and soon after obtained his accountancy qualifications. Odrick brings with him the energy and drive to manage the group's global finances. With his easy personality, Odrick has built solid, friendly and professional relationships with our customer airlines.
Lisa Sultana - Manager, Human Resources
Lisa joined World Aviation Group in 2006 and has been fulfilling the role of Head of Human Resources after having had people management experience in different sectors in the services and manufacturing industry in Malta. She is a qualified psychotherapist and continues her studies in the application of psychotherapy in the corporate environment. Her approach has been key to our success Centrecom in identifying the right human capital
Diane Micalef - Manager, Quality Training and Standards 
Diane's background in the Travel Industry started in the UK with British Rail, this was during the time when she completed her teaching studies so the two subjects have been uniquely intertwined from an early stage. Focus stayed on Teaching & Training in varied Business sectors until she found her niche in the Call Centre Industry. In 2007 Diane was nominated and accepted to a Trade Testing Board by the Malta Ministry of Education, as a technical adviser consulting on design and testing methods within the industry of call/contact centres. She has gained a strong background from her experiences in many inbound & outbound Projects with particular strengths including Training, Quality and the development of continued business growth & staff retention personal improvement of identified skills.
Robert Spiteri - Manager, ICT
Robert has taken stock of our infrastructure and come up with a plan for new acquisition, upgrades and enhancements. Robert comes from the airline industry where he held various posts in the ICT sector. During the ten years, his assignment included mainly analysis, design and implementation of information systems. He is also responsible to design and create customised reports. Robert is a resourceful person, eager to work and to collaborate with his colleagues. He takes everyday challenges in his stride and is proud of his commitment to Centrecom.
