On the 19th December, World Aviation Group held its annual Christmas event. Here, the staff could unwind and have a good time together, in a less hectic environment.
During the event, a series of trophies were awarded to different members of staff, all for different initiatives, amongst which where, Best team leader, Best Co-Ordinator, Healthy living, and Inventor. The candidates were selected by their own colleagues, and the leading candidates were then re-voted for.
Through this initiative, the employees understood that their efforts and hard work are recognized, as well as promotes teamwork within the different sections
